ORIENTATION GUIDE FOR NEW EMPLOYEES!!

HRS has launched a new hire guide called, Becoming a Bear - A New Hire Guide for all new employees. This guide helps new employees get acclimated with the campus, policies, and what to expect the 1st month of employment. HRS will provide a printed copy to new hires that are processed through human resources. If your department has employees that might not come to HRS, then you can request a copy for them. The electronic version can be found here.

For the most up-to-date versions of human resources forms, please print needed forms from the HRS forms tab. We have been receiving many outdated forms lately, requiring us to contact the departments and have them complete the information on the new ones. Your help with this is much appreciated.
