Yes, higher education can come with a smaller price tag.

When compared to other major universities in Colorado, the University of Northern Colorado can give you more bang for your buck— which means you might not be paying on student loans quite as long. In fact, 70-80% of our students enjoy some level of student financial assistance through loans, grants, work-study and scholarships.

Non-resident students of participating states with high academic achievement levels can save $20,000 in tuition costs during four years through the Western Undergraduate Exchange program.

There are competitive scholarships available, and many students automatically qualify for a scholarship based on their academic performance in high school.

You can be confident you'll be able to find a job when you get your degree, because 97.3% of our graduates are employed or attending graduate school within a year of graduation.
