Transfer Student Check-List
- Tour the campus and meet with faculty, staff and students.
- Apply for admission when you have completed at least 13 transferable semester credit hours (20 quarter hours). As part of the admissions process, have an official transcript from all colleges attended sent to the UNC Office of Admissions, Carter Hall 3006, Campus Box 10, Greeley, CO 80639.
- Check with the UNC Admissions Office to make sure courses transfer properly.
- Check your application status.
- Check out UNC's tuition assistance for non-residents, like the National Undergraduate Scholarship.
- Complete forms for federal and state financial aid (FAFSA) and scholarships (UNC Universal Scholarship Application).
- Submit your proof of immunization to the UNC Health Center.
- Schedule an appointment with your advisor or, if you have not declared a major, call the Academic Support and Advising Office at (970) 351-1391.
- If you need to update your residency status, you can print, complete and fax a PDF Residency Update Form to the Office of Admissions at (970) 351-2984.
