Transfer Stop

Transferring to UNC means you won't miss a beat. You'll be continuing your studies instead of starting over.

Located in the Visitors Center, you can take advantage of our Transfer Stop program by calling 970-351-2097 to set up an appointment or email admissions.help@unco.edu. Either way, during this visit, you'll experience a great start to the transfer process, including:

• Where do you stand?  Bring your transcript and we'll provide you an initial assessment of transferable credits.  Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.
• Learn about requirements for the major(s) you’re interested in, and academic program advising contacts.
• What will UNC cost?  We'll help you understand the bottom line, and get you started with the financial aid process.
• You'll know what to do, and when, from connecting with faculty advisors to signing up for on-campus housing.
