Get Credit for Classes and Tests

• UNC accepts Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) credit. Contact the Admissions Office for details.
• There are three high school concurrent enrollment options.
• The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) is administered through Career Services
• Proficiency Exams and Challenge Exams are offered in some majors and minors to determine whether a student can be excused from a course requirement. Contact your major or minor department for further information.
• Colorado General Transfer Course Guide - this guide lists all Colorado community college courses that are transferable and UNC equivalencies.

For Current UNC Students Attending Another Institution

• Transfer Credit Course Consent Form for current UNC students seeking approval before transfer courses are taken at other institutions.
